Cat Boarding Prices Effective from 1st January 2024

I want to thank you for your support and valued custom at Froglands Purrfection Cattery. We have been running now for over 6 years and we have met some wonderful people and their cats and made good friends too. We are a small family run and personal cattery with 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ fantastic reviews for which I once again thank you and I look forward to offering my services repeatedly to you.
We have been inspected once again and given a good report and we would like to continue to offer our services to you whilst keeping to our strong Terms and Conditions offering our customers a Good Service. I am still offering the heating charge refund, as cash or as a voucher which can be used once against any future booking, but the voucher can now only be used for 12 months from the date the voucher is issued.

Our Pens are licensed to take up to 2 cats sharing from the same family.
The Family Pen is licensed for up to 4 cats sharing from the same family.

Due to price increases with many suppliers and heating, I have tried to keep the price increase to a minimum and to assist all customers where I can, I have therefore decided to double price charges on All Bank Holidays throughout the year, including Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve, and New Years Day.

Heating Charges for the Family Pen are £4.00 per pen per day as this is a double sized pen. As per all pens, the heating charges are refunded if the heating is not required and can be refunded via BACS or a Voucher as per customers request and can be used once only and only for 12 months from the date of the voucher.

Daily Heating Charge of £2.00 per pen per day, but as previously if heating is not required the heating charges will be refunded accordingly. The Family Pen Heating Charges will therefore be £4.00 per family pen per day.

Charges include dropping off and collection days.

Prices include all food, litter, lighting, insurance, and daily care. We also give any medications or treatments if required which are provided by the owner. We only supply Felix and Whiskas pouches and dry food as we are a small, but personal cattery. We do supply cat and kitten food.
I no longer supply Felix dry food, and this is now unavailable in large quantities. I therefore supply Smila dry food, all the cats seemed to have enjoyed this.

I want to thank everyone for their valued support and look forward to caring for your cats repeatedly in in the future.
I do strongly suggest bookings are booked as soon as possible, where a deposit is required to hold the booking, but the booking can be cancelled up to one month prior to dropping off, but then the balance will be due to confirm the booking and there will therefore be no further refundable payment.

CROYDON COUNCIL/DEFRA LICENSE NUMBER - AWL10 - INSPECTED 18th November 2022 and continuation license awarded once again from 31st December 2022 for 2 Years.
We have 24/7 vet care via The Village Animal Hospital, Caterham, but do endeavour to use customers own vets if required as they will have the cats full file, but the cats file held at Froglands Purrfection Cattery will always be taken to the vet if it is necessary to visit a vet, which shows any medical history given from the customer and any treatment given while visiting Froglands Purrfection Cattery if required or requested by the customer.

**PLEASE NOTE THERE WILL BE FURTHER CHARGES IF THERE HAVE TO BE VISITS TO THE VETS, OR EXTRA TIME USED WHICH WOULD NOT BE INCLUDED IN THE GENERAL DAILY CHARGE, e.g., flea treatments and extra cleaning of the pen to ensure the pen is once again flea free. Plus, as per Terms and Conditions any treatments that were used, will be charged for via an invoice and MUST be paid before collection of your cats.** Please feel free to discuss this with me further if you have any questions.

Drop Off & Collection Times are requested to try to ensure a smooth running of the cattery, but we apologise if there are times when we cannot match your requirements.
